Shapes, colours, and letters games are ideal for 5-year-old boys as they like to play with toys that challenge their ability to identify shapes, colours and letters. Most boys are able to print their names, and many can form simple words with letter blocks. Your little boy has a growing attention span, so it is important to challenge him with interesting learning opportunities. Role-play now may get more complex to include things like exchanging money at a store or restaurant.
